Free Training Calendar App

Finally, a cohort calendar tool that just works! I needed a way for our learners to see all upcoming training dates and self-enroll without me manually managing spreadsheets and emails. SimpleCal delivered that in under an hour. The Thinkific integration was seamless — I connected my courses, added cohort dates, and our training calendar was live. Learners love the clean interface, and enrollment rates have gone up noticeably since we switched. Before SimpleCal, I tried three other tools that were either too complex or too limited. This one hits the sweet spot: simple to set up, powerful enough to grow with us. If you run cohort-based training on Thinkific, this is a no-brainer.
