CCBA Certification was a Game-Changer for My Career

My name is Steven Cross and I currently work as a PMO Business Analyst with over 5 years of BA experience. With the role of a business analyst constantly evolving and changing, I realized how important it was to stay relevant and ahead of the game. I wanted to master the art of business analysis to take on more challenging projects and project value to my employers.

With this goal in mind, I started searching extensively for a way to get certified in Business Analysis. My objective was to utilize much of the learning and best practices from the training towards becoming a proficient BA who could handle the BA role adeptly. That is when I landed upon Adaptive and let me tell you, it was the best choice I made regarding my career advancement.

With just a few months into the program, I became ECBA certified and was also ready to go for the next level of IIBA certification called CCBA. I was really excited when I passed the CCBA too in the first attempt. With the newfound learnings and practical insights, I pursued my dream to get a BA job in either the finance or healthcare industry.

My joy knew no bounds when I landed a job as a Business Analyst Coordinator at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies within months of passing the CCBA certification. It definitely helped me land this position and I could not have done it without Adaptive’s assistance.
