Adaptive US offers Success Guarantee on Core IIBA Certification Trainings (CBAP, CCBA, and ECBA).

As part of the success guarantee we extend the below support:

For the first unsuccessful attempt:
  • Refund of one-time retake fees for the second attempt subject to meeting the terms of success guarantee. Total liability is limited to one time USD 250 for CBAP and CCBA and USD 85 for ECBA. This will be paid by Adaptive to the student upon submission of the proof of failure.
  • One complete re-sit for the classes at no extra cost
  • All possible support in the off-chance that a student fails to clear the exam in the first attempt.
For the second unsuccessful attempt:
  • Refund of the entire course fees subject to meeting the success guarantee terms along with conditions which needs to be fulfilled before appearing for the second attempt.

Conditions to avail success guarantee in the first attempt:

  1. Students must completely attend the live training sessions that they have enrolled for.
  2. Students must pass all the 6 simulations available in SuXeed before appearing for the examination.
  3. Students must take the examination within 6 months of completing the training session.

Conditions before appearing for the second attempt:

  1. Inform Adaptive US upon your first unsuccessful attempt so that Adaptive experts can discuss and devise suitable exam strategies for your next attempt
  2. Students must re-attend the entire respective workshop once again
  3. Retake and pass the following quizzes in the question bank based on the course that they've enrolled for:
  • CBAP – Scenario-based questions, case-based questions and 6 simulations
  • CCBA – Scenario-based questions and 6 simulations
  • ECBA – Knowledge-based questions and 6 simulations
     4. Reappear for the exam within 3 months from the first unsuccessful attempt

What if you still don’t make it?

Adaptive does not have any previous record where a student has not cleared in the 2nd attempt. However, if by any chance a student does not succeed in the 2nd  attempt, Adaptive shall refund the entire course fees paid to Adaptive after we ascertain that you’ve followed our suggested approach, , no questions asked.

Session Run Guarantee

In a rare event that Adaptive cancels a session for which it has received payment, Adaptive will refund 100% of the fees plus an additional $50. 

Fair Usage Policy

At Adaptive, we do our level best to ensure that our students appear for the certification exam fully prepared. As part of our fair usage policy, if a student attempts the same quiz in the question bank more than 3 times, the system will throw a warning stating that the effectiveness of the preparation is going down. If the student attempts the same quiz more than 5 times, the quiz will be blocked and the student will not be able to take it again. This is because passing the quiz after five attempts reduces the effectiveness of preparation and is a misleading indicator of the preparedness of the exam.

Payment Policy

Adaptive US accepts PayPal, Credit cards and Cheques as methods of payment. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club.

Upgrade Policy

Upgrade from Self-learning product to Assisted-learning product

If a student upgrades from self-learning to assisted-learning product for a particular certification, 50% of the amount paid for the self-learning product shall be adjusted towards the assisted-learning product and shall be provided as a cash refund in the same mode of payment.

Upgrade from Self-learning/Assisted-learning product to Instructor Led Training

If a student upgrades from self-learning/assisted-learning to instructor led training for a particular certification:

Within 15 calendar days - The entire amount paid for the self-learning/assisted-learning shall be adjusted towards the instructor led training.

After 15 calendar days - 50% of the amount paid for the self-learning/assisted-learning shall be adjusted towards the instructor led training.

Upgrade from one Level of Training to Next i.e. ECBA to CCBA / CCBA to CBAP

Price differential between the programs. 

Cancellation Policy

Training cancellation by Adaptive US

In last 3 years, Adaptive US has NOT cancelled / re-scheduled even 1 training program. In extremely rare events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, faculty ill-health etc.), Adaptive US reserves the right to postpone/cancel a session.

In case Adaptive US cancels a training program, 100% program fee + $50 Run Guarantee Fee will be paid to the participant.

Training cancellation by Participant / Host

If a student cancels a registration 15 days or more prior to a class, following amount will be refunded back to the student.

Refund amount = Program Fee – 70% of Assisted-learning Fees for the respective course – $50 Administrative Fees

Conditions for Self-paced learning will also apply.

If a student cancels a registration less than 15 calendar days prior to a class, no refund will be made.

Travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.

If a student cancels a registration after they have rescheduled a class, no refund will be made.

If you paid for your class with a check, and you choose to cancel, you must contact Adaptive US to receive any amount due. Refunds are automatically processed on credit card transactions only.

Students requesting virtual materials 15 or more days prior to their class start date will not be given any refund if they cancel their enrollment.

Failure to attend a traditional or virtual class without written notification by email (Info@AdaptiveUS.com) prior to the start date of the class is considered a ‘no show’ and will result in forfeiture of the entire class fee.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Adaptive US.

Student Substitutions

Student substitutions can be made in writing at any time prior to the class start date without incurring any change fee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your class participation with written notification at any time up to 15 days prior to the class start date and apply your tuition to the same course or one of equal or lesser value within one year of the original class start date, provided space exists.

A $50 change fee will be charged each time a reschedule occurs.

Any reschedule request received less than 15 days prior to the class start date is subject to immediate payment of the class tuition plus a $100 change fee.

The change fee applies each time a reschedule occurs.

Other policies

Session Recording

Adaptive US virtual classes are recorded for use by both students attending the class and also by others not affiliated with this class. If you have concerns about these recordings, please contact us directly or choose not to register for a virtual class. You can always choose to participate in the class only through the chat function, which is not recorded.

Non-disclosure agreement

Adaptive US allows strict self-use of its platform (SuXeed). Under no circumstances, the content must be shared. Adaptive Legal team shall pursue cases of confidentiality breach. If you wish to utilize our content, get in touch with us @ Info@AdaptiveUS.com

Non-compete agreement

Not provide the same training or product within 1 year of product purchase. If you wish to utilize our content, get in touch with us @ Info@AdaptiveUS.com

Permission to contact and use Customer name

The customer shall allow Adaptive US to publish his/her name, photo and feedback on Adaptive US website and other social media platforms. The customer shall allow to be contacted by Adaptive US.

Commitment duration

All services committed by Adaptive US is time barred to 12 months. Customers must utilize all services and promotions within 12 months period. All commitments expire after 12 months of purchase.

For in-person classes, we need to inform you that you are prohibited to carrying a handgun, firearm, knife, or other prohibited weapon of any kind regardless of whether the person is licensed to carry the weapon or not.
